In-licensing

Antigenics is interested in identifying in-licensing candidates in oncology in an effort to build a near-term commercial business. In-licensing candidates may be niche products that have already been approved or are near approval in a major territory (e.g., US, Europe) but which may be better served by a targeted entrepreneurial approach. Areas of interest include oncology and oncology supportive care, as well as other specialty therapeutic areas. Antigenics would apply its capabilities to expand the market for such products either after acquisition of the product outright or through a co-marketing arrangement. Antigenics’ competencies include:

• Over 15 years of clinical development expertise
• Fully integrated R&D management and staff functions
• GMP manufacturing and logistics capabilities
• Sales force implementation experience
• Extensive network of seasoned external advisors with expertise in commercial operations, clinical, marketing and business development
• Post-marketing product development
• Public company infrastructure
